"Rodger Raccoon, was Rockets litter mate, but was instead spliced with an accountant, and enhanced with a tabulation machine. The result was an extremely gifted, up beat, and lawful super accounting raccoon. He now works to balance the books of the aliens that created him and his litter mates."
